Take the offer that they have presented to you because that is something that you will never get to experience in a daily basis. Then, come up with a clever set of tests.

If they became popular because of their good editing skills, then let that fact work to your utmost advantage. You will certainly go far if you get to pick a team in this category. The sky will be your limit since there is nothing that these people cannot do for the benefit of the project at hand.

If they can be very creative at times, then you actually have no reason not to hire them. Ideas are what will run the commercials that you are making. So, have as much as them during your brainstorming sessions.

If the words goal setters are written all over their faces, then you can already start making agreements with them. Remember that the principle of the survival of the fittest remain to be out there. Thus, you really have to tap the most competitive professionals if you want to be on top of the food chain.

Overall, you need to hold your standards as high as you can. If you will be successful in doing that, then the best outlet could all be yours. You will have peace of mind and there is nothing more precious than that.
