The primary source of passing information to population is music. To make the information be passed through a song can be a challenge. Differences may arise in the process, and one should be very careful when carrying out the process. To get the congregation unified, one must think of the alternative style of hymn. To get the message in the song delivered without alteration one must look into different factors which must be followed to meet the intended purpose.

The range of a song should be put into consideration. The original song that is altered always guide the tune, is used. The song that is used among the five keys should well understand by the congregation. The middle core that is C song is the most preferred because the different individuals can sing it comfortably.

The purpose of the tune is needs considerations. The intended message ought to be received as planned. The verses must not alter the pronunciation of words as this will change the meaning of a song. The way the words are arranged, and their concentration should not be modified by any means. The words must be placed to the respective pitches that will be followed that is the bass and the higher pitch.

The person playing the instruments must understand them very well. They must be reading the different keys and how to play them. They must also have practiced with the tool they are using for some time and gained the tactics on how to use it. This will avoid situations where one plays the wrong keys making the song to appear awkward. The guitarist and keyboard player must able to transpose to various keys.

The parent song needs should be of high quality. This will be the tune that may be developed and of good quality also. The words should be arranged in a way that they will inform the target group of people and also entertain them. The difficult to understand songs are avoided, and the verse that its tunes are changed should not interfere with its meaning.

The group of people or person singing the tune need to be considered when one is choosing the keys to use. The different groups of people will sing the song must be put into consideration. The soloist and choir use different keys. The third keys are used because they are easily transposed, and it will be easy for the congregation to sing them.

The verse energy must be maintained at all cost. To keep this one must play the high-energy songs using the higher keys and no interference will be observed. The energy ought to be retained at the desired level because any alteration will result in the interference of the meaning of the tune.

The congregation must well take the tones that are chosen. The community that is receiving it is composed of different persons who will raise different reactions towards a song. The changes that are made need ought to be taken positively by the different group of persons.
