We all have seen a play, and this is composed of the different people who are making a way for it to be successful. These people are playing a very important role, especially the people who are behind the scene. Being a very good and responsible director will not stop on just being the one supervising and doing the talks and ranting, he should be the best listener to any complains and suggestion. Well, for me suggestions may be the things that could create awareness to what could make the possibility of the success.

He would be the one doing the initiative so he can get everything work together in achieving their main goal and that is to amuse everyone who will be watching the play.
