Cold As Ice....I loved the colors in the trees highlighted by the glass covering of ice....Nature's palette of watercolors that soften a Winter landscape. Putting the underpainting on the canvas with the buds that are lying beneath the ice.....awaiting the first warmth that signals Spring. Just a hint....nothing brash.
